Country Life Kids Camp is currently seeking: Teachers, Coaches, Staff in Training or Interns who are majoring in Education, Sport Science or Exercise Science, Facility Management, Environmental Science, Youth Ministry, and more to add to our teaching and coaching team.

We provide a hands-on work-related experience and help you build a tool kit for life in the business world. Through a supportive atmosphere, we guide current and graduating college students to discover their strengths, gain confidence and learn valuable leadership lessons in an environment where accountability, good decision-making and safety come first.

Our Staff in Training and Internship Programs allows you the opportunity to receive a referral letter along with the possibility of moving into a future position on our team. You will gain incredible knowledge, networking opportunities and experience.

High School Students

Country Life Kids Camp offers a unique and rewarding leadership and mentoring opportunity for teens. We are looking to guide students with interests in teaching, coaching, science, or business aspirations. The grade and age requirements for this program is that you need to have completed 9th grade and must be 15 years old or older.

This is a 4-week volunteer leadership and mentoring training program allowing you to develop career-related life skills in a non-threatening environment. Our CCIT program engages high school students with the opportunity to share their time and talent with younger children and take an active role in making a difference. The memories made are priceless.

All teens struggle with life battles facing adversity, social challenges, changes in responsibilities, freedoms, discovering their identity, finding a life purpose and more. This training experience provides a work-related experience and builds a tool kit for life in the business world. Through a nurturing family-type atmosphere, we help teens discover their strengths, gain confidence, and learn valuable leadership lessons in an environment where accountability, good decision-making and safety come first. The benefit is that our directors consist of only the most qualified and passionate individuals with 30+ years of formal and informal teaching and coaching experience.
