We are excited to share that we are making several major changes to how you register for camp. These changes will allow you to book and pay for your child's camp schedule online, both regular camp weeks as well as our specialty camps.
As part of this change we are also automating the paperwork that you normally sign and return to us, now you will be receiving an email with the agreements, you will sign them electronically, and then email them back to us saving paper & postage. This is all part of an effort to eliminate paperwork and improve the day-to-day operations of our camp.
We will also be using a new Camper Tracking System this summer to help us with the check-in & check-out processes. This new system will quickly provide us with information on your child, things like their allergies, who is allowed to pick them up or drop them off, their contact information, etc. We will be bringing the initial portion of the website up in February 2015, so be on the lookout for our new system.
